Thank you for shopping with Nexstxr. We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 20 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and original materials must be included.
  • The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or returned more than 20 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking when returning an item. Nexstxr is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions.
